Getting started is easy — follow these 3 simple steps:
- Step 1: Create your Elev8 profile here (include link)
- Step 2: Choose and purchase a package here (include link)
- You’ll be redirected to Hitpay, our payment partner. You can pay credit card, GCash or bank transfer with Unionbank, Instapay, or Pesonet.
- 💡 Your name and email must match your Elev8 profile name and email. If you already have an account, use the same details.
- ⚠️ Don’t close the payment screen until you get a confirmation message. This ensures your payment syncs with your booking account.
- Step 3: Book your first class and get ready to Elev8!
Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the class or appointment start time will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to switch to another class you must do so outside the 12 hour cancellation policy or your session will be considered utilized and you will need to book a new class.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to send someone to take your place, regardless of what package you have, even if it’s a non-shareable package. Contact the studio you’re booked for and our Front Desk Rockstars will ensure your buddy is set to go. Please note, your buddy must have an account with Elev8. All new students are required to arrive 15-minutes before class begins so the instructor can provide a brief orientation of the machine and method. We thank you in advance for understanding!
Sometimes things come up, and we get that. We have a limited number of machines so if you are registered for a class and have not arrived by the class start time, your spot may be given to a waitlister or drop-in student. If you’re not new, you may still join class late if a machine is available when you arrive. Give your studio a call if you’re running late to ensure your spot isn’t given away.
To ensure your safety, if you have never tried an Elev8 class and are late, you will not be permitted to participate in the class. All new students are required to arrive 15-minutes before class begins so the instructor can provide a brief orientation of the machine and method. We thank you in advance for understanding!
Yes, all Elev8’ers are required to wear grip socks during class. Rest assured, you can purchase them at the studio.
All of our regular packages are eligible for sharing while only some discounted packages are eligible — ask your Front Desk Rockstar about your interested package. To share your package with a friend, please ensure they have created an account on our website. Once they have an account you can contact the respective studio to have them linked to your package. Please note that we don’t transfer classes to another account, rather they are linked to your package and can book using your sessions through their own account. You can link as many people as you’d like!
If class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. You will receive a confirmation email more than 12 hours in advance if a spot has opened up and you’ve gotten into class. A session will not be deducted if you didn’t get into class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change, even if the notification and cancellation cut off is while you’re asleep.
Our waitlist closes at the 12-hour cancellation period for our classes. Sometimes an Elev8’er will cancel after the 12-hour period, at that point in time, we will only contact you via phone after the 12-hour period.
Our classes accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and our team is trained to work with a variety of students to meet your individual physical needs.
Private sessions are great for those who are new to exercising, recovering from an injury, or simply love the freedom to book outside of the Elev8 class schedule.
Slow Resistance Training is designed to work your body to the point of muscle fatigue. Each individual is different; listen to your body based upon your fitness level and the intensity of which you’re working out at. We recommend 2-4 times a week to allow your body time to recover and repair.
Yes, you can! Our classes are good for all levels, including pregnancy. All Elev8 Instructors are required to go through a pre/post-natal training program so you can take any class on the schedule.
If you’re new to Elev8 or Slow Resistance Training, we recommend that you start with our Bump + Burn classes, a 45-minute OB-Gyn-approved workout specifically designed to offer holistic benefits for pregnancy, post-birth, in active recovery, and post-operation. These classes are open to everyone even if you’re not pregnant. Our highly trained staff are committed to offering the safest and most effective workout for you, wherever you may be in your pre or post natal journey.
