Split into 25 minutes on the Curve Treadmill and 25 minutes on the APXformer. This hybrid class keeps your heart rate up on the Curve Treadmill with interval training of walking, jogging, running, and sprinting then arm, ab, and oblique exercises on the APXformer. Designed for all levels, whether you’re power-walking to the beat of the music or training for an event. You’ll leave stronger, sharper, and more energized.

I love how intense the 45-minute workout is, it’s low impact but I really feel myself getting stronger every time.
